You guys, I have never been as grateful to have a little car that uses almost no gas as I am right now. Been hearing tons of stories of people waiting in mile-long lines for hours to fill up, and then getting turned away with nothing when the pumps run dry. But when our maintenance guy drove the library’s truck to try to get gas earlier, a cop sent him right to the front of the line. Thank you officer for making sure we can still send books between our branches!
