Manohla Dargis gives Mark Romanek’s adaptation of Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go a somewhat lukewarm review, but I still can’t wait to see it. The book is one of the most haunting things I’ve ever read.

iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii cannnnnnnnnnnnnn nottttttt waitttttttttt to see this movie. i just finished the book a few days ago. the whole time, THE WHOLE TIME, so much tragedy and heartbreak. sigh. “haunting” is a perfect word to encapsulate all my feelings.
